Dr. Gray served as an instructor for the TESOL International Association course Best Practices of Online English Language Teaching and continued as a faculty member for the full Development of an Online Teaching Program (DOTP) certificate. The courses were delivered on the OBI learning management system (LMS). Additional courses she taught included Online/Mobile Support for English Language Core Competencies Development, Planning, Organizing, Delivering an Online Course, and a Capstone project. This teaching experience validates her expertise in evidence‑based online ESL instruction.
