Project: Strategic Technology Integration Framework for Educators

Objective: To move beyond basic tool training and provide educators with a practical, pedagogical framework for integrating technology to enhance student engagement, streamline instruction, and foster critical 21st-century skills.

My Role: Instructional Designer & Technology Integration Specialist

I was responsible for the end-to-end creation of this professional development initiative, from foundational research and pedagogical design to the facilitation of collaborative learning.

Key Contributions & Process:

• Framework Development & Content Architecture:

  • Researched and synthesized best practices in educational technology to develop a strategic, step-by-step integration framework.

  • Architected a comprehensive presentation and detailed outline, moving from theoretical foundations to actionable strategies that educators could immediately apply in their classrooms.

• Pedagogical Design & Facilitation:

  • Crafted a series of strategic discussion questions and scenario-based activities to provoke critical thinking about technology's role in achieving learning objectives.

  • Facilitated sessions that guided educators from comprehension of core concepts to the application of the framework for designing their own technology-enhanced lessons.
