Project: Strategic Empowerment for English Club Members

Objective: To design and deliver a strategic framework that equips English Club leaders and members with the tools, vision, and collaborative spirit needed to transform their club into a vibrant, self-sustaining community for language practice and cultural exchange.

My Role: Program Architect & Facilitator

I was responsible for the end-to-end creation of this empowerment initiative, from diagnosing core needs to designing and delivering a roadmap for sustainable club success.

Key Contributions & Process:

• Needs Analysis & Framework Development:

  • Conducted an initial assessment to identify the unique challenges and opportunities within the English Club ecosystem.

  • Architected a comprehensive, step-by-step presentation and outline focused on building leadership, fostering member engagement, and designing compelling, member-driven activities.

• Engagement & Capacity Building:

  • Developed a suite of provocative discussion questions and scenario-based activities to move the club beyond a social group into a purposeful learning community.

  • Facilitated sessions that prompted profound reflection on club vision, member roles, and strategies for creating an inclusive and self-motivating environment where all members feel empowered to participate and lead.
